"We're going back to the luxury shopping of the past—where you'd walk in, and they'd open a bottle of sparkling water for you and ask you what you like," Correia remarked.

"We were pretty adamant about keeping Reactiv a Canadian business," Elias stated. "During fundraising, many VCs asked if we’d relocate and incorporate in Delaware. Shopify always emphasized that Canadian businesses didn’t need to compromise; we’re aiming for the best and staying here in Canada.”
